They were so attentive to every detail that I reached them quickly when I called them several times to inquire and ask questions, and they politely answered all my questions. You can visit by appointment, which makes it incredibly convenient for us. During your one-hour appointment, the store is dedicated to you. Tülay goes above and beyond to ensure that brides are completely comfortable with the gowns. Although I normally prefer a different gown from the catalog, I tried on a gown Tülay suggested and ended up with the first one I tried on. I requested a few alterations, and at each fitting, the changes I requested were made perfectly. Even places where we pay for appointments don't have this level of attention.
