Benefiting from Spouse Status Regarding Officer Appointment

Previously, the right to ask for appointment from spouse status was only offered to couples who were civil servants. Now, this condition has been abolished and those whose spouses are not civil servants have the right to ask for appointment.
A civil servant whose spouse is SSK employee or self-employed will also be able to request appointment from the spouse's status. Those who want to benefit from this law must have paid a premium of at least 360 days in 2 years. In addition, with the arrangements made, spouses who have paid a premium for one year in the last two years have the right to appoint even if they are not civil servants .
If Couples Work in the Same Institution
If the couples are both civil servants and work in the same institution, they can be assigned to the place where the institution they work more needs service. If working in different institutions, the appointment is made there if there is the greatest need for service.
