Benefiting from Spouse Status Regarding Officer Appointment
Appointment is the first question that most of our civil servants will think about, I wonder what we should do? With the newly enacted regulation, those whose spouses are no longer civil servants will also be able to request appointments .

Previously, the right to ask for appointment from spouse status was only offered to couples who were civil servants. Now, this condition has been abolished and those whose spouses are not civil servants have the right to ask for appointment.

A civil servant whose spouse is SSK employee or self-employed will also be able to request appointment from the spouse's status. Those who want to benefit from this law must have paid a premium of at least 360 days in 2 years. In addition, with the arrangements made, spouses who have paid a premium for one year in the last two years have the right to appoint even if they are not civil servants .
