After taking the sewing and embroidery lessons in the evening courses, he dared to order a wedding dress, even though he had never sewed before, in the small boutique he opened in Gaziantep in order to support his wife, and the success story that extends to this day begins. It creates the DreamON brand by applying to the European Union Business Development Center and benefiting from consultants with international experience in various fields such as production, marketing, dealership, sales and branding. Today, it exports to 22 countries, including cities considered as fashion capitals such as London, Milan and Paris. It has 140 sales points and 10 stores in Turkey. It is located in Italy, the center of fashion, in 153 boutiques with the DreamON brand. It also has agencies in the Netherlands, France, Italy and Poland. Serpil Karuserci made the dreams of working women of Gaziantep come true, thanks to the business areas she provided for sewing and embroidering wedding dresses that adorn the dreams of young girls. She set an example for the women in her region with the wedding dresses she sent from Gaziantep to Turkey and many other countries in the world.
