The shipping process for each product is different, as well as on the product page. While the estimated arrival time of 1 to 3 working days for the products delivered to the cargo is foreseen within Turkey, this time is different for the products sent abroad.

How Much Is the Shipping Fee?
Cargo fee is not paid for your purchases via www.dreamon.com.tr . If the product you purchased is to be exchanged and returned, the person who will send it must pay himself.

What should I do when receiving the product from the cargo?
We especially recommend that you check your product when you receive it from the courier, and check with the courier if there is any damage to the product that you can notice. If you detect anything at this stage, we kindly ask you to have the cargo officer prepare a Damage Assessment Report and send the product with the same cargo without receiving it. Otherwise, your damage report will not be accepted.
