When measuring wedding dresses and evening dresses, the measuring tape should cover the measured place and the highest point, and it should not be too loose or too tight.

2. Waist: For your wedding dress to wrap around your waist; It is measured by wrapping the tape measure around the waist without tightening it, surrounding the natural waistline, that is, the thinnest part of the body on the waist.

3. Hips: There is no need to measure the hips in the puffy skirt wedding dress models. It is measured by wrapping the tape measure around the hip area between the lower waist and the upper part of the legs, that is, the widest part of the body at the hip level.

4. Skirt Length: When measuring the skirt length of the wedding dress, the shoes that the bride will use on the wedding day should be on her feet. Otherwise, the wrong measurement will be taken.

It is the measurement when one end of the tape measure is placed on the waist and the other end is placed 25 cm ahead of the foot on the floor, from the waist to the hem (towards the floor ), for normal skirts (for the hemlines of Narrow-Skirted, Fish-style Wedding Dresses or Evening Dresses ).

It is the measurement for wide skirts (for Crinoline Wedding Dresses or Engagement Dresses skirt lengths ), from the waist to the hem (towards the floor), when one end of the tape measure is placed on the waist and the other end is placed 40 cm ahead of the foot on the floor.

10. Arm Length: It is the measurement from the shoulder to the wrist with the arm slightly bent (not half), that is, at the hand hip level, with the palms next to the hips and the elbow slightly out. (Sleeveless, Strapless wedding dresses do not need to measure arm length.)

11. Biceps: It is the measure of the widest part of the arm between the shoulder and the elbow.

12. Neck: It is taken by wrapping around the neck with a tape measure.

13. Wrist: It is the measurement of the junction of the arm and hand.

Items 4 and 7, namely the front body length of your wedding dress and the hem length of your wedding dress, are two dependent variables. If one increases, the other decreases. In other words, hemline length starts from where the front body length ends.
